10 mile Training Run

Just got in from my first 10 mile run during training, feel good with no pains (Yet).
Only managed one more run this week that was a 3 miler on Wednesday. Four weeks to go till Reading 1/2 so will put in another 10 miler next week, 12 the week after 8 mile the week before.

Need to get cycling as this will be the toughest leg of the IM, got some nice routes planned out just need a bike. Something to get stuck into after Reading I think. Im feeling good about the whole training and looking forward to increasing the time and distance soon.

Still have not get swimming, trying to get this sorted this week.
