Weekend training Long

Well back on track with the training and starting to build distance now.

Saturday I went swimming in the morning 1k in the pool and in the afternoon I cycled 36k and run 5k off the bike. Talk of the bike its time to introduce you to it.

Today Sunday (Happy easter by the way) I done my first open water swim, bit of a shock and found it hard to swim but started to get the hang of if and will be back in the open water on Tuesday.
